It did not feel like GTA San Andreas, when you did missions in the countryside. The only time where you skip the city and go to Country side is in Sandy Shores as Michael and trevor, that did not even feel fresh. Nice Easter egg though. For the real-life place 35mil is a bargain, but the same place in-game a bit smaller, and it's missing a few things, so 28mil would be my highest bid. It's a shame that the in-game mansion doesn't have a helipad and a swimming pool (I'm not sure about the pool, so sorry in advance if I'm wrong about that).
