So many pictures in the contest are like this one. No composition, no framing, no cares. Oh...here's a car, give me free stuff. A lot of them are just taken outside of LSC like they just repaired their car and needed to take a picture because they can't drive it elsewhere without wrecking it.

Good luck. Seems everybody is greedily posting their own pics and not voting on anybody elses. I have voted for at least one pic for just about everybody who posted in this thread. Was the favor returned? No, I think one or two people gave me a thumbs up. Thanks for being lazy and selfish everybody. Real glad I bothered to make this thread so you could all post your own pictures, expect likes, and not have the common courtesy to return the favor. Good community...

 

So you made this topic to get votes? I take photos regardless of contest or not, and am happy just to share. If people like good, if not, no big deal.

I also looked at your photos and liked a couple but didn't particularly like your recent car ones. There are some really high quality photos on SC and they are only picking 5 so got to take something really special.

 

I made this topic so everybody can showcase their pictures for the contest and see some other pics they may not see otherwise. I don't care about votes in the grand scheme of things but a little common courtesy goes a long way. Like I said, I took a little time and voted for anybodies that I liked. I don't think it is too much to ask for that in return. And I'm not asking for people to vote on anything they don't like, I just have a feeling most people are greedy and selfishly not voting for others pics. I'm just glad I have a good crew because generally, and I stress generally, this community is kind of a nightmare to deal with.Its also a good thing that the only mention of voting I can find in the rules is a general one near the end which says 'attempting to manipulate voting can get you disqualified' - there's nothing in the judging criteria that suggests number of votes will make any difference.

 

I expect they'll cull vigorously, first with a date filter then by sorting by user and deleting all repeated images, before they even begin to judge. If I'm right, we're still in with a chance...

 

Edit: I've even seen tagged shots with no cars in them...
