I really wish riding a motorcycle in this game wasn't the equivalent of tattooing "Please shoot the living crap out of me." across your forehead.

 

I love the Bagger so much but I'm sick of immediately dying whenever I get within 20 feet of another player. :(

Yeah its asking for trouble isn't it. Its good they are quick for a getaway but one wrong move and you end up on your ass and then you become a sitting duck. I would love to come across a crew all riding bikes. 15 players all riding in formation. Would be cool to see.

Not much you can really do. Motorcycles do really well in chases, but without any protection from an actual car you just have to keep your distance.

Could It maybe be that you play in a lobby where the aim is auto aim? Anyone who is on bikes in those kind of lobbies, is more or less, free targets. Free aim lobbies take at least some skill to be able to kill another player that is passing by on a motorcycle.

I'm in a Social Club MC. riding up and down the coast is fantastic.

my souped up akuma is my bounty hunting go to, yeah being a literal target kind of sucks but i think the trade off is worth it

Riding with a bunch of other bikers is definately cool. And i agree with gtavartem013 free aim is alot harder to kill someone off a quick moving bike. Also i suggest finding a few other buddies to ride with, or join an MC of you mostly ride bikes.

I don't get the problem. You're as much a target when riding past someone as you would be in a car, but you have the advantage that you can go round a corner without taking your finger off the accelerator. No car can do that. Literally, drive round the block if you're being chased and the car will be gone.

I don't really find that fun though. Its nice and peaceful if you just want to deliver cars, rob stores and do solo missions to get some cash, but I can't stay in an invite only lobby for too long.

It was sarcasm, pretty much the only answer you get when it comes to being killed is go into a private lobby and quite your bitching...

ditch the aa server and headto free aim, you will still be a target, but not as easy to hit

I don't think they're too bad

sure you shouldn't use one when you're going to pick a fight

but I find the speed and manouvrability of bikes can usually get you past random people shooting at you

 

drive my bikes around free roam all the time, just have to be more careful

also play free aim, driving anything in auto-aim is a challenge if you ask me

I find people want to ram you off the bike rather than shoot.

 

It's just one of those things I guess, I just respawn, follow from a far and call a mugger. when they're on the ground knock em over too, rinse repeat.

I've noticed that I can stay on the bike a lot more recently. I seem to be able to land bigger jumps, where I used to always fall off. Is it just me getting used to bikes, or does the character get better, or has something changed in the game?

I love my bike. I ride past ppl and beep. A lot of ppl shoot so I come back and kill them. Others just look and go away.

Go to free aim; everybody will have difficulty shooting you off the bike if your a half decent rider. ;)

on a chopper this could be a problem but if you're on a bati or akuma no1 should be able to keep with you let alone ram you

but even a chopper can out manouvre any car really.

i always ride bagger / hexer and my K/d ratio atm is 4.60+ it has nothing to do with being in bikes or not. if u see someone stoped in the minipad just go around

 

everytime i see people starting to come after me i just stop near one three so they cant drive over me and wait for them to come with my machinegun. after killing him i pick the bike and go away, usually they dont come no more.
