HVY Dozer spawn locations?

I've driven the HVY Dozer a few times in single player, and have so much fun with it. The times I have found it were of pure luck. I read up on the Wiki, and it said that one spawns at the airport by the purchasable Pegasus hangar. This is not the case. I looked in single player and online. I then went to Davis Quarry in online, and I still didn't see it.

 

Where is it known to spawn the most frequently? Do they spawn in GTA Online, or is it just in single player?

Seen one spawn often at the entrance to the bike track area down from trevors airfield, haven't seen it online though.

I've seen in near BG (LSC) in Paleto Bay, there0s a construction site there

I've gotten one from the construction site that is west of the prison. I drove that all the way back to the city and had a smashing good time.

Two spawn next to the dirt bike track, south west corner I think towards the road. Also supposedly one down the storm drain from the 'down the drain' mission but I'm yet to see it...

I've managed to find one spawn in the location where the 'Down the Drain' race takes place and I've also seen multiple Dozer's spawn in the SP location of where you have to steal the HVY Cutter for the final heist mission.

It always spawns at the construction site near Beekers Garage in Paleto Bay & the Redwood Lights Track, however, you'll have more luck near Beekers Garage.

Take a cargobob if you don't have a week to get them back to the city!

I think it spawns at Davis quartz sometimes too, I know to use the cargobob but still takes forever and it can be sketchy sometimes

There's a dozer in Mixed Up With Coke mission at the construction site.

Never again. I drove one from the quarry to the city, only to be blown up by one rocket shortly after i arrive. Lol the thing is so big and slow, its practically begging to be blown up.
