If you can't find it, try leaving the area and going back a few times. If it doesn't appear, someone probably stole it, so blow it up if you see it driving around. Get and sell stolen requested cars by Simeon. Rob armored trucks with a $600 sticky bomb, Gang attacks can get you cash and ammo.. Asking for a free modded super car is wishful thinking, no one has that kind of money anymore to be just throwing it away on a desperate stranger, u can always use real money and buy a Shark card at PS3 or Xbox store and get cash that way as well.
