GTA Singleplayer Licence Plate?

I just noticed on SP that on one of the customized cars I placed in Trevor's garage and Michael's car I think, it has the licence plate saying "ALAN 0" Why?

And who the hell is Alan?!

 

And to add, to save wasting your time, I don't have the iFruit app on my phone, it's doesn't even work.

Already been talked about at least 20 times. This is from Patch 1.07. To fix it, get inside the vehicle. Switch characters, then switch back, it'll be back to normal.

 

It's some lame bug. It's only on vehicles in character's SAFEHOUSE garages. It's not on vehicles in your impound or four car garage.

 

Also, if you had any bulletproof tires on the safehouse vehicles, they also are "gone." To get them back you need to re-buy that at LSC. They will save NOW properly, but it used to be a bug with the plates and the BP tires, now it's fixed. You gotta fix it yourself though, then re-save it.

Probably a Rockstar employee who left the plate in the game's coding so that people would get to know about him.
