Why is it that half of Los Santos is for sale? It seems that 3/4 of a street you drive down has houses with signs outside saying "for sale" or "forclosure"...

 

Does this possibly mean they're going to be purchasable in future? i hope so haha

No one who did the car sell glitch ever got put into the cheaters pool....it's because they are using the games mechanics to do it just like the rp gltiches. The only thing they will do is fix the holes as best they can. Red Dead Redemption is a perfect example of this.

I think the reason for that is that cash had the priority because of cash cards, and its overall bigger influence on the game.
