switched over for a little TV during a loading screen

my controller fell off the bed

I reached for it with my hand and my body followed

 

switched back

 

played the race that I was waiting to load up from the floor

You're missing out on a golden opportunity by shaking it out. What you should be should be doing is waiting until that arm completely numbs up then rubbing a quick one out. It feels like an uncoordinated stranger is jerking you off. Unless of course that is what you were actually referring to when you said "shaking it out".

Not really. I usually just take it up the ass and let my anger vent out over time. I broke a controller once and I regretted it after I was mad, so I just tell myself to keep calm and carry on.

While I wouldn't say injury, the right side of my right hand index finger has that thing the skin forms when it gets too much friction. I feel silly for forgetting the name. I hold my controller weird, like a claw I heard it being called, where the A button, every face button but mostly A for running, is on my index finger. Middle finger is in RB and 4th finger is on trigger. Also forgot that finger's name.
