You're missing out on a golden opportunity with the dead leg. What you should be doing is rubbing a quick one off with your foot while it's completely numb. It feels like an uncoordinated stranger giving you a foot job.

 

Note: you may need to do some advanced stretching to achieve this. As the OP mentioned you should always stretch before playing.

On topic, no. I used to hit things when I was angry but grew out of it. I never understood throwing and breaking gamepads though. There is nothing done in-game by the AI or other players that will piss me off anywhere near as much as having to drive to the store and shell out $50 for a new controller. Even worse if it's hundreds or more likely thousands in medical bills from a broken hand.

Bare in mind this was in the days before flat screens where TVs looked like this and were heavy as f*ck:

 

Apart from that, no other video game related injuries.

Playing Killzone 3 the other day made me realise how annoying spawn killers can be, when you need to complete a task and whatnot.. That's the closest i've ever come to throwing my controller.
