jatiger13
People who watch Top Gear kinda already know what I'm talking about. Kinda. Here's what I do: I take any unmodified car (no super cars) and take it to Sandy Shores. My "track" starts by the gas station in Sandy Shores and goes around the Alamo Sea and finishes back at the gas station again. I time the laps to see which car is the fastest around. Does anyone else do something similar? Costar
Upggrade
I start by the casino and do a full lap around the map on the freeway. Not to time it or anything but just to relax. D3ADSH0T and jatiger13
fuzzel
and to make it star in a reasonabley priced car, you should have the game developers set a record, in the burrito. and have a leader board.

I do the same sometimes. Do you use any specific car when you do it?
eclaireN7
I believe they use a Kia Cee'd. The Blista be a good alternative to that right?

My favorite is the Vacca because it looks so good but I use a bunch of other supers as well. jatiger13

Costar
Yea, I def know about it, I've watched just about every episode they have on Netflix. I dont get the live network channel. I've seen the, what did he call it, I'm going by pronunciation "Leearna", the small blue car, which I wonder if the Dilettante or Asea would be similar to it. Then I saw a newer season where yes they had the Kia Cee'd. I havent tried testing any vehicles but now that you brought up the idea, it snds pretty interesting. It seems like you'd have to pick the specific *track* and a few specific cars and stick w/ them if you really wanted it to be like their contest, otherwise you'll have posts on the Laser flying around 'x' in 'x' mins", "I drove the adder around 'x' in 'x' mins", "I rode bike 'x' *here* in 'x' mins", "I ran chop to *this* store & back in 'x' mins" TG has those kinds of tests as well, but its not part of the "reasonably priced car" contest. Those are just intro's on diff cars, their features and driving performance as well as the STIG's test runs w/ diff cars on their test track. jatiger13
jatiger13
I like your idea. What I've been doing is sort of the "Power Lap" thing, but with reasonably priced cars. We could do it like you said. If people are up for it. Pick a car and people post their lap times. Let's go with the Sultan or the Fugitive (I like the Sultan better, but I see the Fugitive driving around all the time. So it might be easier to find the Fugitive). Or suggest car. The track would start at the gas station in Sandy Shores, go around the Alamo Sea and end back at the gas station again. Or does anyone have any other "tracks" in mind
