I thought it might've been 2.00 then I remembered, it's 1.09, not 1.9.

Doubtful; in regards to previous patches, but also it's more important for Rockstar to secure GTAO first for a seamless and eased playing experience, so expect security fixes first.

Rockstar said they will release more patches to counter this, so security is, seemingly, the higher priority right now.
