Bike challenge - if you dare! :p

Here's a challenge for people that want to spice things up a bit. Get someone to put a 9K bounty on you and try to cycle from the city up to Paleto Bay without getting killed. You can of course stop and defend yourself at any time. I'd love to hear someone actually managing this with people actively chasing them (it's no fun if you're in a "dead session" where people don't chase bounties.)

 

Since the money crack-down I've seen more and more people chasing every red dot on the map, so it should be interesting to hear any stories relating to this.

 

I've not done it myself yet, since I only just had the idea, but I'll definitely give it a go next time I have a bounty on me.

Longest I have been able to play is 20 minutes. Enough to get down old mans crack.

 

Then it boots me to speak wit unknown f*cking network error. And every f*cking time I ask on a thread talking about the same thing or make a thread about.

 

The god damn thread dies as if its some damn huge joke that every one knows and won't tell me how to fix.

Maybe going up through Vinewood and over the hills would be an idea. Open spaces have both pros and cons when it comes to fighting though, so I guess it's whatever suits your own style of gunfight.

This would work in a free aim lobby. Otherwise auto aim can take you down easily when on a bike .

That sound very hard. I lasted on foot last night with a $3000 bounty - timed out the bounty - got about 26 kills - used two subway stations and tunnels between them for defence - easily spent all the $3000 on ammo and stickies several times over. Hard work. Bike in the streets sounds ridiculously tough.

I can get away from people quite easily on a BMX in the city, not sure how well I'd fare out in the country though, not as many walls to bunny hop and no narrow alley ways to cut through.

i got from the golf course to weazel plaza on a scorcher with a 3k bounty last week... but city to paleto,,, thats a real challenge..

It would be pretty easy if the off-road capabilities of supercars was in any way realistic, you just veer off and drive up a grassy hill while they snap their Adders front axel and plough into the ground.

Personally I'd just attempt to get up as many hills as you can.. surely some of the steeper inclines are going to provide difficult even for supercars.. that and weaving through trees and jumping off ledges as much as possible..

 

obviously it's gonna help if you've got full stamina..

Challenge accepted. Any other rules like a specified route or can I just freestyle mountain bike my way there? So many interesting challenges, so little time not sleeping/working. Maybe I'll get lucky and my crews' cameraman will be online to film it.

I think the basic premise of the challenge is enough - the rest should definitely be up to you. (I only say that because I don't think you can carry someone on a bmx with a cargobob )

No you definitely can't be bobbed on a bike, I tried extensively.

I tried this today, $3000 bounty. I started outside my garage in Del Perro and had only made it across the street before I saw 2 dots turn my way. I then headed north and cut through the cemetery then proceeded up the hills toward the Kortz Center. First pursuer gave chase in their Asea over a couple hills only honking and flashing his lights. He took a bad turn and went rolling down the mountainside. The next wanted to kamikaze me with a Velum, I got to a hilltop and shot him down on the next pass. The first and second then fought each other while trying to get to me. I didn't see them for a while and finally got caught by the second pursuer at the cement plant by Sandy Shores.

From Del Perro to Sandy Shores with 2 people after you is pretty impressive! I was having my doubts, but this could be doable, with the right people (and by that I mean pussies )
