EJTexasMade Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 This may not be the best place to put this, but this is the GTA Online Strategy section, so I couldn't think of a better one. I run a large crew. We generally bounce between 280 and 300 members, because I clear out the guys who play with other crews. That's my main issue. I'm sure at least 100 of my guys aren't playing regularly. Is there a way to find out which guys are inactive and kick them without adding them all as friends? The majority have their profiles blocked or I can't view them, so I can't go by the last thing on their feed. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mo-seph Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 if you go to your crew page, then click the GTA Online in the grey box in the middle you can see the amount of time people have played under your crew.in the Leaderboard its ordered by total RP, but on the right you can see the total time played... bottom right is two scroll buttons so you can scroll through everyone and check how much time they've spent active in the crew Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I mean, if it says so and so has played two hours that isn't exactly helping me if I don't know when those two hours were put in. If it was two months ago, it's time for them to go, etc. unfortuantely not.. however if you click the heirarchy it will tell you when people joined... maybe open two tabs, one with heirarchy one with the leaderboard to cross reference (might be hard on a phone). you will need to decide on how many hours : days since joining is acceptable, and kick those that dont meet your standards... i,e 1 hour per week since joining, if someon joined 7 weeks ago and only put in 6 hours.. theyre gone... its potentially a bit harsh for casual gamers in your crew who have limited time to play,,but if you dont want causal gamer then its your crew,, you kick who you want for whatever reason you want...im jsut trying to help you based on the reasons youve stated you would kick people... personally im a commissioner in a racing crew of ~150, we specifically restrict who joins us based on clean racing standards, vetting every applicant before accepting them,, we discussed the "inactive" members issue at great length and decided it wasnt a reason we would use to kick people because its too damn hard to make a solid judgement on... but each crew is different and its upto you to decide how you wana manage your crew and what the requirements are to join and remain a crew member,,, its not uncommon for a min game time requirement, you jsut need to decide what yours would be. I get what you're saying on not kicking people at 150 members, but 300 is a bit of a different world. Not because I'm being cocky, but because 300 is the cap you are allowed as a non-Rockstar created crew. So if anyone else wants to join, you gotta clean out the crap.
