BROOKLYNBOY2497
Hi. I just wanted to know if there is any way I can dim the street lights at night? Whenever I patrol around at night (especially with the snow mod), the street lights are so unrealistically bright to the point where it is just plain annoying. I can hardly see the light bar on my cruiser. Is there like a ".ide" or ".dat" file (if not this then something somewhere else) where it allows me to change a setting or the value of a number to dim the street lights? I'm not looking for any ENBs or graphic mods because anytime I try one it screws up my game. I don't have any ENB or anything like that in my game now. Thanks for your time! Please help me with this!
