Display_0
Hussar coats should be a common form of formal wear. They are far more classy than suits. ...So much so that hussars even had an extra one of their back (Which was actually part of the uniform) Here's a nice one Detective Phelps and Mr Oraange
Detective Phelps
Nice! I like the red one on the first pic. Me, I'm just fine with a tux for formal wear.

MarshalMoo
Today I wore Caterpillar boots, Dickies jeans and a forest green plaid shirt to Dairy Queen. I also had a limp and walked around with my hands in my pockets. Does this make me a manly girl? Two guys wearing similar clothes walked in, but the difference was they had beer bellies. Tyler
I wear jungle boots and a camo jacket I got at an army surplus store everywhere I go. It's great cool. Nothing wrong with military surplus; there can be some great deals in those shops if you go often enough. My only issue with a lot of military garb is that it's baggy to the point of impracticality, which is the exact opposite reason I would wear military surplus gear. Still, I've found some good jackets and boots from this G.I. Rose shop that used to be a Vietnamese food store.

I like it, though. Nothing beats walking down the halls in vietnam-era boots, a camo jacket, and blue jeans. People look at you like you're a nutter. Tyler
That might be because previous criminals of a certain media infamy have chosen to wear a similar fashion. At least you're not going for trenchcoats, though. universetwisters

At least you're not going for trenchcoats, though. Oh god, I abhor the fedora-and-trenchcoat crowd. I've got a rant stored in my back pocket on them, but I'll save that for another day. One funny thing though, I caught second Sonic lovin' ex wearing a beige trenchcoat when I went to the store and bought GTA 5. My Nazi ex also wore a top hat and tuxedo on halloween the same day I dressed up as a gabber. Silly formalities. Blue jeans and a T-shirt is the way I roll. Osho
relates to clothing? um ... simple tastes when comes to clothing, but, like informal than formal wear. Sitting in the office working all week (dress code to follow) dressed up in all formals bores me like hell.
