The game is rated A for adult, when you play you acknowledge you're an adult in your country.

 

It's not like they can ask for your DOB in game but snapmatic requires a separate account.

This frustrates the f*ck out ta me too, I've changed every damn age and unlinked any potential under age accounts to my Social Club including changing to a different email address to. I usually as a routine have my ages set to 1970 or whatever, including my Social Club account which I think I might have honestly done, idk. It seems the game never refreshes it so even if I change everything it'll never refresh and see my new age. You can't even log out on GTA V. Social network sharing is on too.

I'm pretty sure this has to do with adult and child accounts on Xbox live. Unfortunetely there's nothing you can do if you have a child account. Just have to wait it out. EA has had this problem with their games for quite a few years.
