Hey Surfers its been a while since we had a big gathering...

 

I'm thinking 8pm GMT on Sunday, that's 12 noon PST for Americans. 7am Monday for east coast Australia....I'll have at least 2-3 hours free so time is negotiable, post preferences here!

 

This is an event for BF Surfer vans but if you don't have one yet it could be a good chance to pick one up.

 

Not in the crew but want to take part? Post. We still have room for a few more members, or it could be run as an invite session rather than a crew session if need be. The more the merrier...

 

Bonus second topic! 2 for 1 special!

There's been talk of a Surf crew bike meet, focussed on daemons, baggers, hexers. Any interest in doing that on Saturday at similar times to those given above for the sunday meet?

never done a "meet-up" before. How does it work with only 16 people in a lobby?

 

Also, i'm kind of a time-zone tard...so what time is that pacific (b.c (Canada)) time?

Its 12 noon California time, I assume that's the same time zone as Canadian pacific.

 

Basically what happens is I start a closed crew lobby and invite any crew who are online on a first come first served basis. If anyone who isnt in SURF is keen they should let me know and I'll use invite only instead of crew...if it does fill up it'll be the biggest meet we've had and I'll invite extras when space opens up, or someone will do a second lobby. We all just meet up in our vans and cruise, park in nice spots for photos, probably have an impromptu race or two.

Not sure, but I'm now looking for a used ps3 to see what goes on over there.

I see signs that unplanned stuff happens on ps3 but yeah, no one seems to organise. I don't know for sure but I'm pretty sure the ps3 commissioner is inactive...

 

I got to be commissioner mainly for organising a couple of cruises and ITS REALLY EASY. coughhinthintcough
