How I start a crew challenge?

I go to the menu and when I click a challenge it doesn't work. I'm a leader of a crew so It should work for me. Anyone can help thanks.

You need to have enough money to play them. If you don't have the posted amount you can't play. Stay far away from these at the moment, they are bugged out. Even if you beat the posted time, it will still tell you you lost the challenge, and the game will take however much money the challenge was for. I am currently in contact with R* about this because I did one that stole $27 million from me. It had a completion time of 1 minute, and I beat it in under 30 seconds (was just 5 points in a straight line). The game said I won the race but lost the challenge (how is that possible?), then took my money. Needless to say that hurt, a lot. That was over half my money.

 

If you want to test it, play a race, and be ready to rip your power/ethernet cable out of your system if you see the challenge failed screen.
