You see, I don't have the money to do that, baring in mind I got the car from my brother it makes pretty good sense as to why I have a 106. I don't see the problem with this, in comparison to a 306 as they were pretty much manufactured at the same time and production was halted at the same time; The 106 is pretty much a smaller model, and I don't think the tax man nor the go compare man will exactly be supportive of swapping a 106, with a stronghold chassis, a 1.6, without knowing it's a TDi under rags, for a basic 306. The insurance will rocket and my boss wouldn't be happy paying double for me to use my car.

Prefer the 106 over the 306 any day of the week, currently have a Y reg (2001) VW polo Gti in reflex silver slammed on coil overs, BMC CDA induction kit, with polished porsche 928 alloys with streched on tyres, but looking at getting a retro vw beetle or camper van but I want it ratted
