To get that "Joe Dirt" faded yellow look I used dew yellow with frost white Pearl

I like lime green pearl. or a contrast of gloss and matte. Other than that I use realistic colors and nothing fancy, other than my bodhi with lime green stunt rims and a steel body with carbon fiber accents (only carbon fiber because there is no matte)







old but all cars have normal paint jobs, like the mustang

bikes, I like em classic, no white walls, same rims (why do people do different rims and tires with all these stupid colors?)

I think now people can create marble looks, and multiple pearls. My buddy had a chrome gold he was just so proud of... and it looked like sh*t with his lime green rims on a turismo. Only thing I use lime green for is to signify stunt jumps or as a pearl to contrast other colors and make it really stand out (but not in a non normal off color way)

Some of them require some glitching and setting up custom crew colors, so if you can be arsed to do that you can get some pretty good colors.

Metallic Bronze w/Race Yellow Pearlescent

 

Metallic Bronze basecoat makes for GREAT gold paint jobs. Did that with my Prairie - used regular yellow, for a warmer shade of gold:

Like how this turned out - Grace Red metallic (no extra pearlescent), black secondary. Normally it's annoying how the metallic primary also gives a 'candy' coat to the secondary, but I really liked the effect on the Bati:




This one was simpler - Midnight Purple primary. Best thing is that it looks almost black in most lights, with the purple only reflecting from certain angles:
