I found a new way into the military base

I'm sure I won't have been the first to discover this, but it may not be common knowledge to most people, and it is quite convenient for getting in there as it saves having to borrow a heli from Merryweather.

In the bottom-centre area of the perimeter, next to the in-house fire station. There is a gap in the fence where the fence does a 90 degree bend. The gap is filled with a concrete wall, about half a metre wide. If you drive a vehicle up to that gap, you can jump on the car and climb in.

Of course, you do get a 4 star wanted level, but it is easily possible to run to a Jet before you are killed.

I just use the mountains and jump over the fence in a car/bike. That way you dont have to find a ride, and you already have speed when coming in.

True, but that means your PV will be left in the base and result in you either having to go all the way back to get it/destroy it, or it will be impounded which is also a pain in the ass. Unless you use a stolen vehicle, but then you have to make sure it is powerful enough to make the jump.

Plus, the area I'm talking about is right next to where you spawn if you die you're whilst inside the base. So it's actually quicker to do it that way than it would be to call up either your mechanic or Merryweather, wait, then drive or fly all the way around.

i enter the base from the great ocean highway heading south and jump over the fence and land on the runway, drive around and then head for the hanger, if you die, you can still request vehicle delivery, for some reason my ride doesnt get impounded when i leave it in the hanger

Drive up to the main entrance, go off road just to the left, drive along the fence, when you see the hangar with the two Wing & Star logo, turn around and drive straight ahead (back towards the main entrance) and you will see the subtle slight jump, you don't need to enter the main road, just get over the 1st fence and it will look as if you are trapped but just drive towards the main entrance and on your left you will see where you can exit and drive up the main driveway, turn left and find the CargoBobs.

I have yet to find an easier way on either side of the base but especially on the right side of the main entrance.

Doing it my way gets you onto the base in 30 seconds after arriving at the main gate.

3 fly low into base and land by the lazer the fenced pen.

4 shoot the lone guard and get in said lazer.

5 fly up barrel-rolling all the way

I tried this earlier. I found the wall but couldn't jump over it from the top of my car. I just ended up jumping into the wall, flailing like an idiot (like he does), and taking about 5 seconds to get up and now be stuck behind the car. During this time, I ended up with 4 stars and a bunch of jeeps approaching me. Thanks for the info OP, but I'll stick to the other 3 ways in (by car) that I'm aware of :)

T8GdVex.pngI prefer to enter through the way of the arrow on the left.... You don't jump in a pool of tanks.

Yeah i used to use trucks for that way, now i just go down further and jump the fence near the checkpoint.

Also, your cars don't get stuck there..just request them.

I can make that jump with a Peyote.

All you need to do is go through the left side of the fence around the hangars, go right and there is a Lazer in your face. Works 99% of the times.

You don't have to go get anything, hold select request personal vehicle.

Known about this for awhile, but it just seems safer to jump the fence in a car at the north tunnel ramp. Even if you don't have a PV, you can steal a cab and make the jump.

There's also the frontal approach, if you charge the front gate from the bridge, then list to the right at the end of the bridge, there's a sloped cliff face just to the right of the front gate. If you hit it right, it'll barrel roll you up and over the front gate back onto the main road in. Takes practice, but it's the fastest way without breaking speed, and quick access to cargobobs. For Base Invaders, that and the back way off the hill are the ones where you'll meet the least resistance.

Am I going crazy or did you randomly make some words in your post larger than others?

I'm glad someone else has noticed this. It happens quite a lot on this forum. Often the letters in the first few lines of a post will be slightly more spaced than those in the last few lines, or the font size will appear ever-so-slightly smaller. I have no idea why.

No, you just fly the jet to trevors air field. land, and request personal vehicle, wait for it to show up, and take off.

But once you do that MW will put you on their blacklist
