Jc_39a Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 I'm only consuming 1750 calories. What should I eat for breakfast? and what should I put in my lunch box? I have break and lunch at school. All these foods needs to keep me going through out the day so my belly doesn't growl. I'm guessing my dinner will probably be about 600 calories. Just eat when you need to eat. Wild animals don't need to consult doctors on how much they need to eat.
