Is it open, moderate or strict?

 

If you don't know yet you can put Call off duty in your console and go to multiplayer and it will say what your NAT type is at the bottom of the screen.

NAT stands for Network Address Translation.

 

Basically it limits traffic to your local area network so the data will not conflict with the set of IP addresses in your console.

mine is type 2 which is moderate...

 

people unless youre having problems landing in a server with people, you dont have to worry about nat.
