So I go into a clothes store to get some new clothes and this dude runs in and shoots me down. Is this I glitch or something? How do you use a gun in a clothes store?

You don't even have to shoot the gun outside. Just draw the gun, aim it and then walk into the store. I claim more Bounties that way..

Just go into passive mode when your shopping. Problem solved. Gun shopkeeper will kill you though if your in passive and a player comes in shooting
