Online should have rampages

Anyone else think rampages would be fun online? Like Trevor has in single player?

 

I think it would be cool. We have survival where you hide and survive so how about rambo mode, where you unload your minigun and need to kill a certain amount of enemys in a given time and you take reduced damage.

 

It could be a Brucie job, maybe he has some prototype shark testosterone concentrate you test. Maybe make it a job and in its own instance so you are removed from freemode. I duunno its an idea.

You could have many different variants of the job, with the hardest being a lot like the one Trevor has against the Fort Zancudo military for making fun of his Canadian accent.

It's something I wouldn't really touch. I never liked the rampage challenges. They were never a challenge. Just a massacre.

Yes and no, gang attacks are more like a single wave of survival where the enemy is better armed.

Rampages you take less damage and the goal is eliminating a given number of enemies in a given time. Sometimes with a single weapon. Reduced damage reduces the need for cover. If you want to survive under fire then play survival.

I'm a tad surprised how many would not like the mode as a option. which is fine, I just know I had fun with them in single player and wouldnt mind a similar type of job as a option in online.

I'd love for this to happen, since everybody treats Free-Roam like a rampage.

Reach a certain amount of kills/destroyed vehicles in a time limit. RC car rampages would be fun too. (:

Have you played single player rampage? its not the same. Survival people use cover to survive waves. If you run out in the open late in the waves you die. Game over.

 

Rampage, you take much less damage, you kill as many as possible in a limited time. Gotta kill a certain amount to pass it and as you kill more you earn more. Sometimes only one weapon is available. Like grenades only or shotgun only.

 

People complain survival requires you to camp. Well its survival and you fight a army off from behind cover and advance only as needed when its clear. I like survival. I also liked rampages and think they would fit in well for those that dont want to take cover so much as go rambo on a endless mob for a set time.
