Lee Everett Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 I was warned for this http://gtaforums.com/topic/676350-kitty-kat/ I didn't know about the video topic until created a thread actually suggesting a video subsection here: http://gtaforums.com/topic/676351-suggestion-video-subsection/ I thought the cat video was cute so I posted it, I didn't know I would get in trouble for it or that "it was considered spam". I've been here 5 years and not received a single warning point until that. Is it possible to appeal it? I didn't know it was "against rules", when I posted my topic I never saw the video thread it wasn't pinned so there was no way of me knowing. What I don't understand is, 2 moderators posted on my thread, the second one locking it (which I'm fine with). But I was warned 20 minutes after it was locked.... Is it possible to appeal? In any case, I don't think it is possible to have the warning removed completely (other then removal of points, though that is at the discretion of the Moderator that issued the warning.) One moderator posted in the thread and had no problem with it, another moderator comes in and locks it with no warning issued, then another moderator comes by and issues a warning after another moderator has already dealt with the thread? Andreas Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 (edited) Nobody gets banned for a verbal warning or two, the worst thing that can happen after having collected a few of them is a temporary ban, and it's a long way until then. You don't seem to break the rules deliberately, so I would say it's fine. Problem has been solved it seems.
