TheGodfather.
Hi everyone, Well it's been quite long I left modding & then suddenly I came back again & it really feels great.Anyways I have some sort of questions revolving around my mind. Here are they: 1. Will it be possible to create weapon pickups which could display their cost as it was in GTA III Ammunations ?? 2. Will somebody be kind enough to give me the memory addressess of Health,Amor & breath bar positions ?? I need to change them. 3. I wanted to know how to use for..end loop. That's all for now. I hope I would get my answers soon. Thanks for reading guys ..I missed you all a lot..

aStiffSausage
Can't help much with your two first questions, but HUD positions can most likely be found from the forums, just search for them. How to use for...end, there's also a small tutorial in Sanny Builder. This is the way it's "set up": FOR [email protected] = 0 to 100 step 2...END First variable is where the current value of the loop will be stored. "0 to 100" is the range of values to go through, in this case, it starts from 0, and the loop ends when variable [email protected] reaches 100. "Step 2" is optional, without it, the value is increased by one in each loop. In this case, it will increase by two.So my example will, in it's first loop, produce value 0 to variable [email protected], then 2, 4, 6... Until it reaches 100. TheGodfather.
Well can you make a small working script to explain me a bit more ?? Thanks for helping me
aStiffSausage
Well, here's a simple example, not too practical though. {$CLEO .cs}0000:NOP03F0: enable_text_draw 1FOR [email protected] = 0 to 300000 step 3WAIT 0045A: draw_text_1number 320.0 155.333 GXT 'ALLRACE' number [email protected] // ALL RACES WON!~n~~w~$~1~END03F0: enable_text_draw 00A93: end_custom_thread It just draws the current number produced by the loop until it reaches 300000, and then the script terminates. Simple but effective! If you want, remove "step 3" and the loop should last three times longer, since each loop increases value by one instead of three.
