Simple answer, no. However i am already up to 12 milion at the moment and got a lot of YOLO on my SWAG. Got 10 sweet rides, max ammo and all that.

 

No cash cards for me. I'll be having about 20 milion within the next few days.

I don't care how 'cheap' a cash card is or how much it gives me, I would never buy one out of principle. Even if it was £1 for $100million, I wouldn't touch that sh*t with a ten foot barge-pole.

One thing I don't get is when people hack/cheat the money into the game they gloat like some sort of cure for cancers been found, but in the end does it really change anything? You'll be on top of world then after your 15 megabytes of fame then.... what exactly? nothing.. except a preverbial kick or ban from R* down the line.. worth it? to a logical mind no, to a neckbeard with too much time on hands.. well even then I'd say no. If it's your way of having fun then so be it, go wild, but then remember that for almost every hack/exploit to date, R* have removed, or changed someting to prevent it.

If it's that temporary sense of accomplishment or sticking one to R* put it in comparison to things that actually mattered to humanity and our way of living, if it's "injustice" to you. No doubt a lot of you won't even have comprehension of my point so I'll keep it blunt.

$50 for like 3 million? No thanks. I've spent around $10 on Mass Effect microtransactions and have had WAY more of an enjoyable experience (unlocked at least 5 new characters, new weapons, and items).

 

3 million is nothing, Rockstar has their head up their asses if they think players will pay for that. And anyone that does pay for that is an idiot. I support R* and everything, but their little in-game money scheme is way too expensive. It's a game. They want to do microtransactions, fine. But at least do it right, and not add overly expensive "cash cards" which are useless. If they want my money they need to start getting off their lazy butts and adding new content (paid dlc).

With the extra money that's been going around, I bought all I wanted (no tank) and I still got that.
Now since I got half a mill (sweep), I'm comfortable with what I got and I don't want anything. Sure, ammo is going to run me dry but going back to old methods of stacking up Ballers and selling them like I used to when GTA:O came out is so fun and nostalgic. I'm actually happy for the sweep, been doing missions and working for money...so no, no cash cards for me.

Paying real money for stuff you can get in-game is dumb and yes, I also don't have time due to job. You just gotta decide how much time you'd rather spend on the Xbox than with your kids. !

Yeah f*cking right. Takes me 2 game sessions to buy a Mass Effect pack. How long does it take you to make 1.25 million GTA$? Then how long does it take you to lose or spend that money. Because as far as I know, my characters I've unlocked are forever.

Not me... BUT, I already had my garage loaded the way I wanted it. Also have all the Pegasus vehicles I wanted as well. So at this point I am just grinding missions, selling cars and doing races.... still have around $600k in the bank.

Between already doing a ton of races, missions, DMs, and survivals, capturing bounties, selling off unwanted cars (no, not Adders), and selling my fancy apartment (in favor of a less fancy one), I am now back to being a millionaire. However, to make this money worth holding onto, I prefer to spend only on ammunition and the occasional revenge bounty/merc/mugger. I don't see a need to buy cash cards, but if that need should actually arise, it would be within reason to consider. I just cannot see that "need" coming anytime soon, though. Cheers!

OP, in SP I have a stupid amount of money, so I mod cars like it's going out of style, but in online, it's really the only thing I'm missing, to make it worth my while, it would have to be 100 million for $5 bux, then I might consider it.

I think the money system failed in online, it could have been a good idea if there was a way to get rich. Even if the bawsdaq opens, it will be manipulated and then nerfed, like everything else has I imagine.
