Exemplar destroyed but MorMutual won't let me claim?

When I phone the mechanic it says it's destroyed on the list!

It was probably in slot 1 which tends to lose insurance I hear.

Check the link that Jaggs gave. Follow the steps listed and You should be able to get your Exemplar back. It's been confirmed to work by other members, so you should have no worries.

Same thing happened with my gauntlet which was in spot 1 Next to the bike rack in my garage.

 

I sent a ticket to rockstar, but their replies aren't helpful in the least. I've gone ahead and rebought the Gauntlet, but I've not got it in spot 1 anymore

It not just slot 1. It happened to me with a fully tuned sabre turbo. Slot 3 tht was in. On list destroyed but no claim . Gutted was not the word
