strangers and freaks

I've completed all story line missions x3 :-) and now trying for 100%. I've completed 18 out of 20 strangers and freaks, and playing for ages but can't get last 2 to come up. Can any one help on how to get the last 2 up?

Here are the S&F missions that count on 100%:

 

Tonya - 5 missions, in 2 of them you have to call her.

Hao - 1 mission

Dom - 4 missions, to unlock the fourth one you need to do all parachute jumps

Barry (only for Franklin) - 2 missions, to unlock the second one you need to do the drug pickups

Mary-Ann Quinn (only for Franklin) - 1 mission

Omega - 2 missions, you need to collect all 50 spaceship to unlock the second one

Dreyfuss - 1 mission, you need to collect all 50 letter scraps to unlock it

Beverly - 4 missions, to unlock the fourth one you need to complete Paparazzo - The Meltdown and The Highness

The last two are generally Omega and the Serial Killer(cant remember his name). You have to collect all 50 Space Ship parts and all 50 Letter Scraps for those two to unlock.

 

One other suggestion is that if Franklin has a "1" under his face in the selection wheel, but no icons are appearing, you'll need to call Tonya.
