Is anyone else sick of penthouses? I only really got one because it includes a 10 car garage. I would much rather have a cheap apartment, and a garage on the side. That way, no one else in the lobby lives there but me.

As a rank 95 I traded in my apartment for a 2 car garage out in Paleto, I was getting bored of living in a warzone. Life is very simple now, I have a country car and a city car. Fun :)

Shame that the Apartment by the boat docks has only a 6 car garage.

That actually sounds very comfortable. Might just do that, too. I live in those apartments where the Vinewood sign is visible from (always forget the name...) & it's usually a complete war zone the second I step outside.

I really f-ing want a 6 car beater house in Grapeseed by the airstrip. Cruise on over in my Western Bagger. Hop in a Maverick over to Zancudo and steal a jet and rock out to "Highway to the Danger Zone."

I want that huge Yacht that you get Tracy off in Single Player, with a unique 20 car garage, a helipad on the roof and two cranes off the sides where I can store my boats. But have it so that I can move my Yacht around to wherever I please, so I can dock in Paleto when there's a tanker rampage in LS. And drop anchor off the coast of LS to enjoy the views for a little while. But have it so that I can get my cars on and off whenever I please, by like a Barge or Airlift or something

I would love for some variety in living arrangements, even easier to achieve would merely be the ability to add a wardrobe and some other features to garages.

 

Penthouses bore me... they don't really reflect GTA properly for me. Instead,they make me feel like a trust fund kid thinking that he is OG for dealing coke to his pals...

 

Instead, I live near Vespucci beach waterway. The apartment is nice, has some car space and for the sake of realism, is not likely to attract too much police attention.

Same. I sold my Tinsel Towers penthouse for the one you have. I love it. I love leaving my home and not being confronted by modern warfare. Also I don't have ten cars I really loved. Now I 4 of my favourite cars and two bikes. The entrance to our home I nice as well, the palms trees down the middle as we drive in.

I agree. Penthouses aren't really that great compared to smaller houses and garages, but you might actually need to own a penthouse in order to host heist sessions when ( if ) they finally come out with them.

 

I noticed that the penthouses are the only ones with planning rooms in them. I'm sure plenty of others noticed this as well.

I don't really mind the penthouses, but it would be great if they added more variety between them. Its not fun when your buddy's house has the same insides as your place even though its in a different building...

Do we not need the apartment's with the heist room in to be able to do them when/if there released?

 

I'm pretty sure one of the heist co/op members will have one. Can't imagine everyone involved needs to have it.

I would love to have the Cargo Plane as a safehouse too, 20 car garage and a heist planning room, and getting drunk while 30 000 feet in the air

I would like it if you could buy a 2nd place, even if its just a one car garage.

I would like more garage space. You don't see all the cars, but you choose the one you want on some menu. Like in Saints Row.

 

And I want a villa. I don't like appartments. I don't have one. A garage is actually enough for me at the moment. When I had one with my other character, I didn't spend any time in it. That's so lame anyway. And I don't care much about heists. $80 000 to share among 4 or 6 people... come on...
