A few days ago, when I was loading gta online I saw a message that you need a driver, hacker etc. Is this a hint for heists coming soon?

Most likely, It was for Single Player, because you needed all those same things as well. I doubt It was solely for online nor is it a possible time period for when heists will come out. R* said early 2014, that's all we know. R* is deleting hacked money from those who received it and in large masses, so maybe, heists will be soon?

Payouts will probably be crap. You'll probably kill 50 people and risk your life for like 5000 bucks. I mean how else will they sell cash cards?
