LMAO ,that is too funny, start up the game , load into SP, Michael walks out of the restaurant that is in front of Eclipse Towers, so I just take minute to look around , and I noticed all the billboards right there at that intersection, and that was one of the, I did too laugh out loud

As for my posting this time, there was a thread posted by @JayzeeDaBoss recently about a GTA online plastic surgeon, that got locked because there were already too many threads on that topic.

 

However, in my travels, I seemed to recall a sign in Los Santos about a plastic surgeon, so last night I looked for it. Wasn't hard, as it was right next to the LSC downtown! Anyhow, if you need one, check out Nose Pickers: You Pick It, We Stick It. LMAO!!! Cheers!

The guys who made the realism mod for GTA V replaced the billboards with actual real-life ads. Well they obviously know what "satire" means.

Here's something for ya, there's a Maze Bank billboard ad in Senora highway right after the Route 68 overpass & west of the quarry.

 

When you visit it in online, its a regular "Invest In The Red" ad, but when you visit it in SP, its sabotaged.

There's a billboard where's the a person hanging out from it. Near the tunnel on the beach irc anyways when I first discovered it in single player I thought it was an actual side mission and had to catch the poor bastard until I realized the person was fake.
