rare car collection, how am i doing?

Fellow rare car collector! I'm into collecting rare cars myself.

 

Get this car, amigo. Very rare:

 

I didn't blow it up on purpose. You know when they said "Put a sticky bomb on the armored truck"? I didn't know you had to be far away to blow it up.

Insurance is $637, by the way. Relatively cheap. Good for sessions with pricks.

 

Here's a list of what I think and what people have told me is rare:

- that car above, you know what it is

- Premier

- Mariachi Tornado (found at the cliffs somewhere near Mount Chiliad iirc, but honestly I didn't bother because it's uncustomizable)

- Youga (a TWO-seater van)

- Surfer

- Hearse

- Voodoo (probably car with cheapest insurance in the game, given its horrible everything)

- Bagger (Frank's bike)

- Daemon

- Nemesis

- Phoenix

- Primo

- Intruder

- Serrano

Although according to some people, the Sultan is only rare for people who never leave LS.

For me, the Ocelot F620 is one of the best "rare" cars in GTAO. Ignore the colour, which will be changing very soon, but this car is gorgeous.

 

 

It's a real pleasure to drive.

No you don't. There are many cars that you won't see ever, until that one session that you see a lot of them. You do not see that car all the time. Maybe you think you do, or maybe you're just a pointless troll, but you do not.

What the hell, how am I a troll for seeing a freaking car all the time? It spawns everywhere in northern LS, and a little bit near downtown. Just because you happen to "worship" your uncustomizable sports car doesn't mean people saying negative stuff about it are "trolls".

 

EDIT: And if you're referring to what I call the "spawn cycle", that car is common. The game spawns 3-5 cars that will be extremely common in the game. The Ocelot F620 is one of them, along with normally the Ubermacht Zion and I think either the Blista or the Baller (new).

3. adder x2 parked in the place which is the same as single player

2. tailgater.. found one, had to pursue and fight the npc owner. currently have it on my garage
1. black cognoscienti in the highway between the prison and boneyard survival

You guys are forgetting the Buffalo Mk 2.

 

 

 

I think that vehicles that you can only obtain from someone else have to be at the top of the "rare" list.

 

The Hearse is another rare vehicle.

 

 

 

Also, the Sultan is one of the least rare cars in the game. I could go to the prison parking lot, swap sessions repeatedly, and have one within 5 minutes. No to mention the fact that EVERYONE loves that tiny piece of aluminum foil so if someone has one, it's probably their daily driver and will never be replaced in their garage.

If the acquisition of a vehicle is dependent on finding someone with it to dupe it for you, then I think that makes it more rare.

 

Just imagine being someone who is ignorant to the majority of the internet as well as forums or duping. I think that guy's chances of finding a Tailgater or a Phoenix is much higher than finding someone in a public session that both has an "unobtainable" vehicle and is willing to be generous.

 

I guarantee that with 30 minutes of free time and some determination, I could find any vehicle in this game as long as it actually spawns. Finding a helpful human being, on the other hand, poses a very different challenge.

Bagger and nemisis are not rare.

 

I've seen one every day with in the 1st hour of playing., ever since patch 1.07

I've been looking for that to replce my Phoenix, since I'm planning to make all my vehicles 4-seaters (or more). I'll probably only keep three 2-seaters (Sentinel, Vacca and Elegy) since I don't know what rare car can replace them. Plus the Elegy is maximum upgrades, so it's the only actual race car I have.

 

What's the insurance cost of Frank's Buffalo?

Not sure what constitutes 'rare' but here's a few o' my favs

 

Hearst, pimped out (upgrades maxed)

 

 

Chromed her, just cause I can... sure turns heads.

 

 

Collection spawned for friends and forum members

 

 

Clean BF surfer w/surfboard

 

 

Peyote Hardtop (not overly rare, but convertible and soft-top are more common)

 

 

 

Anyway, that's about it. Have had the Mesa (Merc Jeep) but got rid of it cause it rolls too easily, prefer Tevor's truck for my off-road needs. Have a Hotknife, but those are only 'rare' cause nobody bought the CE.... lol.
