xbox 360 story mode storage error problem

Ok so I have had no problems playing this game my first disc got perfect circled so I bought another new copy im on the last mission and everytiime no matter what charater it restarts saying storage error ive lloked everywhere for a fix tried troubleshooting ect anyone got a fix for this I have a 4gb slim with a 120gb hdd in it
