I want our Apartments to be customizable, with being able to add things, like maybe a Darts board, or changing the colour of furniture, example, colour of the Window, or colour of your Bed's blanket, etc. And being able to paint objects like the floor, wall or door, maybe even buying paintings or even books for your character that you can read (I'd love to read in-game novels, especially since they would be made by R*, you know how hilarious they are) and new furniture too, along with storing food in the fridge, so you can regenerate your health. A lot of other things too, maybe I'll make a thread discussing my whole idea

Otherwise, what's the point of the 10 car garage? Six is plenty for stocking cars for LSC, and anyone 'working a collection' probably already has a high-end condo.

Best you could hope for is access to another garage, houses and mansions (for the billionth time) are not even possible in online. If 16 people showed up to the session owning the same house, you can imagine the chaos that would ensue. And don't put your faith in the matchmaker to sort that out, we all know what their coding is capable of there.

There's an estate near the Jetsam Terminal that looks perfect to me. Half of its built and halfs still under construction.

 

One of those houses with a two car garage then let us buy a separate garage (there's two nearby) for the rest of our collection.

 

Ammu-Nation just down the road, pay and spray next to that. Simeons garage just over a mile away and away from the idiots in the city.

 

Either that, or somewhere right on the beach for me

Why only one garage/apartment?!

 

Well, beats the hell out of parking 2 unmoddable cars in front of each apartment.
