Starting second time through the story

So after hundreds of hours playing through the story mode and online, I've decided to go back through the campaign again. The first time i kinda rushed through the story without doing too many of the side missions. So i'm going to take my time this play through and create an empire from the beginning. Any suggestions or ideas for the most satisfying play through possible?

Wait until the end of the story to make the Lester Assassinations, even the first one. Living with his aunt all the way to the end is more fitting to the story, IMO.

Do everything necessary for 100% completion then beat the game. Some side missions, though, are unlocked only when you beat the main story so you can just do that afterwards .

i hit 93% on the last one so i definitely want to get 100% this time. I know you make more money with the lester missions at the end, but are there any good ways to make money early?

As im sure you know, you have to do one of ths assasination missions early to advance the story, but you can get all of the collectables thaf give you cash like the briefcases and nuclear waste first, and invest all that money in that first assasination mission. You can have enough after that to buy the helipad/hanger and a few businesses early on.

When you have missions that involve 2 or more of the 3 characters start them with a character you didn't start with last time thru the story mode. There are different animations or play that begins those missions.

IIRC You actually CAN'T continue the story if you don't complete the first assassination mission. You can't complete the Blitz Score until the first assassination mission is complete.

You can also do the Epsilon program missions with Michael to get 2.1m to invest with that first assassination. Also getting gold on all challenges at the shooting range with all three characters will save 25% on weapons and ammo purchased.
