LA NOIRE CAR DLC? Pics Provided

So, my idea is pretty simple. Why not bring in thre cars from the LA NOIRE game, onto GTA 5? Or, just say "Cars from the 30's-40's-50's" DLC.

I'll post the three I think would be pretty nice to see on GTA O.

I just feel there's not enough love for the classics or enough love for the people who don't want speed, but for people who want to show off. Make these things hard to get too just like the Z-Type. It would be awesome! For example..

I only posted three because personally, I don't see them adding anymore. I think with the Beach Bums, we only had three. Maybe they could also add two revolvers, and some clothing from that time period.

40's clothes and weaponry would be totally out of the question. 40's cars would be ok in moderation , like they have it now, but it would kind of unbalance the game world to see everyone driving around in classic cars from the 1940s.

I don't think GTA Online takes place in the 1920s, 1930s, or the 1950s, either. Which means the rest of the classic cars can't exist anymore ever at all.

Honestly? GTA online wouldn't be worth buying if you had your say on what dlc is going to be released. None of what you said would entertain me for five minutes. The glass bottle alone, is enough to crush your dlc. Hydraulics? So you and your friends can bounce up and down pretending to be cool? Bravo. Go to ls customs, go to suspension, keep changing suspension upgrade. Your car will go up and down. There's your hydraulics.

We have people running around in hockey masks who run around in boxers and tattoos everywhere that look so hideous I doubt anyone would get them done, with pink modded RPG's just casually strolling down the streets.

Either call it the LA Noire Pack, or just Film Noir Pack (since film noir was the major influence regarding LA Noire anyway) and include 3 vintage cars, as well as accompanying fashions. Basically in the same vein as beach bum pack.

 

Having said that, for me, there's a few other of these 'packs' I would like to see first.

That could possible work. It'd be weird running around with a Tommy Gun in 2014 though...

What I think they should add:

Military pack.

-New advanced weapons, official military uniforms, the Hunter and possibly a Hydra.

And a skater pack! We're in California, the birthplace of skateboarding...
-Vans, Nike SB's, bunch of skater clothes. I just want some brown skinnies and some Vans damnit. I can't even have him dress like I do IRL, which is kind of annoying.
-Skateboards, and Longboards! We have mountains to shred and carve, so it'd be nice to take advantage of those hills with a longboard. <3

I for one would love this to happen, as a lot of the cars in LA Noire were pure awesome, and it'd certainly offer a change in the car choice! However, i'm afraid it won't happen, due to the cars in LA Noire being real-life replicas. Rockstar had to create an entirely new world for GTA, brands included, as real life brands didn't want to associate themselves with such violence and crime. This wouldn't change now

That's also a massive over exaggeration of what my original idea is. And y'know, some people from the country side [sandy Shores] still do wear cowboy outfits.

 

I mean, most of them are drunken trailer trash rednecks. However, again. It's not that unbelievable. As long as they also don't make horses buyable and only add them into the country area I again, do not see the harm.

I still feel keeping the sharks offline ruins the whole point of the sharks, or at least what they had idea wise with them.

 

Y'know, due to people in GTA 4 just safely falling into water, parachute or not. And just easily being able to swim back... that's for a whole other topic though.

Another great one that wouldn't break immersion is adding a driveable 1700's age of sail Spanish Galleon , full pirate outfits, swords, and firearms. We could finally make use of the sea in GTAO other than the boat race modes.

To be fair tho... I wouldn't mind this idea either because it would make the open water fun. BUT, again. I can see how this is crossing the line.

Gangbanger Pack - New lowriders, 90s-themed San Andreas-like clothing, ie oversized lumberjack shirts, baggy jeans, sandals with white socks, jheri curls, new gang tattoos, some ghetto-ish guns like the Mac-10 etc

 

Biker Gang Pack - new bikes and customization options, leather gear for those of us that way inclined, some biker tattoos, new biker-like weapons, I dunno, a chain? A snapped-in-half pool cue? Dunno

 

Crooked Cop Pack - storable cops cars, cops uniforms, cop-like weapons, maybe some cop tattoos.

 

Just off the top of my head, but I think the core ideas are good. I want classic San Andreas stuff back, lots of people want biker-themed stuff for their biker-crews, and lots of people want the option to role-play as cops.

Don't know if I could honestly put up there amongst my greatest ever played, but it definitely came along at the right time and was a breathe of fresh air.
