On Del Perro Pier, the best spot I use that I've never seen anyone else use is the alley in the middle of the level. There is a small doorway halfway down the alley where you can take cover in either direction (after you move the carts out of the way). If you have another person with you, you can both take a direction and then the whole thing is really easy. Even if you're by yourself it can be done by keeping a close eye on radar and moving from one end of the doorway to the other and shooting enemies on either side of the alley.

 

 

This. All my teammates were camping at the same place everytime, while I found that spot in that alley you said and stood there alone for the entire game.

 

Wave 9, they all die at the beginning, so I have to kill all dem bikers by myself. I flawlessly won and in the next wave we were all camping that spot. It was pretty awesome.
