And that's a serious answer too. Happened to me with one of my cars purchased after 1.07 randomly when it lost the insurance and also the ability to re-sell it.

 

 

Was it on slot 1 of your garage by the way?

Yep that is the reason but it needs to be car bought after patch 1.08 to be specific. All cars bought after can be sold at full price unless the are dupped. The price will go down then (ie from 700k to 250k for full modded Adders)

I have a stinger in my main garage i bought after 1.09 and i checked yesterday and it is sellable altbough i have no plans to do so. My adders were bought during 1.07 and ive sold 4 of them.

If you mean selling cars worth more than 50k BUT bought AFTER 1.08 was released then YES YES YES. Sold my fully modded Cheetah and 9F yesterday to make space for new cars

bought 10 adders during 1.08, sold 2 of the yesterday.

U can sell any car by doing this glitch

 

duplicate the car or take the original one if u want

Set spawn location to last location

Drive your adder and park it near LSC

Take any random car and drive it to LSC

Press sell once DO NOT Sell the car

Press pause go to psn store or Xbox store

Once you are in the store sign out from the psn or Xbox live

To sign it from psn go to account management press triangle and then sign out

Now u should a message saying u can't play GTA online pls sign in to psn or Xbox live

Press x go back to story mode

Sign back to psn or Xbox live

Go to invite only session now u should spawn near to LSC just drive your car and sell it you can keep doing this every 45 min
