Now that I have the Armoured Kurama. I think I'm going to sell this and re-buy my Exemplar

 

Nope, shouldn't. The Sultan handles much nicer than the kuruma and is much lighter and better handling overall. It's also one of the few cars in the game that kept that nostalgic yet precise handling feeling from gta iv. The kuruma just feels heavier and more reluctant to steering input. They do however look great beside each other in the same garage.

sultan is faster than exemplar.

and looks better.

I like the sleek look of the Exemplar. I'm really not into the "ricey, fast and furious" type cars.
