Sorry to bump an old thread but I had to get in on the Sultan love. Mine is highly unoriginal, blue with bronze wheels (the TE37 looking ones) and the Subaru/EVO looking wing.

 

If anyone on 360 still hasn't got one and wants one, I'd be happy to do an invite session, and drive mine around to see if they'll spawn. GT is same as my username. Same goes for the Western Bagger, that's it for rare cars for me though. Bagger was in the parking lot of my old apartment (the cheapest 10 car one) and the Sultan was near Humane Labs and Research.
