dont mess up your free aim skill for all the real free aim games

 

its true when they say its not designed for that, its designed for run&gun, being rambo, shoot 5 cops, blow up the chopper, turn round, take aim with the sniper for the player down the street, kill 5 more cops... and so on.

 

When you put it like that... makes me wanna switch back, load up and get going

 

 

on the other hand free aim has its pros, headshots are very satisfying, weaponchoice isnt a matter of which one shoots faster hits harder and aims further, because a headshot is a headshot in free aim, free roaming is very different regarding PvP, being in a car isnt so dangerous since no one can lock on to you, running away is an option. only police&co and of course missions are a pain in the ass without autoaim.

 

and what i want to point out: autoaim PvP still requires skill, there are more factors to it than only aiming.

OP: free aim is great fun and you will surprise yourself with how well you'll be able to shoot with a bit of practice. Thing is though, the pistols you get at the start are ironically more appropriate for highly skilled free aim players rather than beginners like yourself. Be patient, level up a bit and you won't regret it.

Me too but my mates all use free aim so I just have to get used to it. I'm always behind in battles, but recently did some auto aim with them and they couldn't keep up. That was reassuring.

 

You have a better chance of evading spawn kills in a free aim freemode session.

when you take cover get the angle right you wont have far to move to your target anyway, memorize where your reticle is, this way you barely have to move to aim. Keep your sensitivity low so its easier to be more accurate, the reason why its harder than a game like cod is that your periphery is a lot larger. Try shooting free aim in a game like rdr while on horseback without dead eye, now that is a challenge

Hey smoke are you back to playing in free aim lobbies? I've gone back to a 2 car garage with a muscle car and a motorbike and 400k in the bank. I love it. I agree with your tactics. Rank advantage is ridiculous with the guns you unlock n all. The only people who seem to kill me are rank 100+ legit players with their heavy snipers. I hate that weapon. We should kick it some time.
