Pretty much every thread about money has been people who were gifted money but they should not complain as people were not gifted money, have to buy everything doing the hard yards.

 

So it's a thread to those ppl crying over rockstar taking all their money but letting them keep all the expensive cars, planes, boats, tanks and clothing.

 

They should be thankful not upset. So the people who should be complaining are us people who have to work hard for all the cool toys but were not as we're happy to play the game as intended.

Yeah, I do have sympathy (honestly and seriously) for the new players who have come in after Chrsitmas, after the money glitching. And, they did not get the $500K Rockstar apology stimulus. Doubly screwed. Seriously, the guys who have come in now, have no hope of getting $400K apartments, million dollar cars and tanks and planes. Meanwhile they are just soft targets and easy wins for the level-glitched assholes with fully-modded performance cars, the best weapons, and tanks. The few new people who do not quit GTA0 out of frustration, will still be grinding a year from now for a supercar.

 

How are you so sure about that? I can understand the payouts have gone down, but it's not difficult to make money, even in a solo session. As much as cash cards being an easy way out of the situation (I bought one as assurance), you can still get a lot in 2 hours. You'd be playing for quite a while in order to get a $230K apartment, but all the more worth it I guess.

 

Also, why do people keep buying the $400K one?? There's nothing special beyond $200K! If you're a player who bought one of these, buy the one near the beach along Great Western Highway, still has the same things and you'll bag yourself nearly $200K while you're doing it.

Exactly. It's incredibly easy to make money in this game without even having to hard grind. I dont repeat missions or farm certain missions. Hell. i only ever replay a mission if i'm helping a low ranked player out. If i had the time to play this game that so many others have i'd be a multi millionaire legit just having fun.

 

It's bordering on comical how badly this has effected people. But hey... it's harder to grief people without billions in the bank i guess lol.

If you really wanted too you could EASILY make 200k in 2 hours just racing some of the Custom races. Mine pays 3 grand for 3 minutes solo. Add some more people too that and your talking an easy 5-8k . 18k per 48 minutes easy car sales. Throw in a car from Simeons list and youve made a ton without firing a bullet.

Richard Majesctic is about 200k and is quite possibly the best location you can get with quick access to LSC, Heliport, Ammunation and all shops. Screw the view. if i could find a 6 car aptmnt with similar convenience id move right now.

sell one...48 minutes later be at LSC with another. Thing is. When i farmed car sales at the start all i had to do was drive out my garage with a baller and it would spawn loads of them and i'd steal one and always have my stored one as a spawn machine guarenteeing me 9k pretty much as soon as i logged on then ever 40 odd minutes after that. then i'd grab a vehicle for Simeon and likely get a HPV. In one hour theres 40 k just for driving a little. You could also play smart and ignore list and that would almost guarentee an HPV every in game day to farm.

 

Point is. Making money is easy. making enough to play the game normally and fun is even easier. Thinking you have to have multi millions or billions just to play the game? Stupid and laughable. I'd rather be good than a billionaire with no skill in this game.

Actually, I did not play online till after the stimulus package was handed out so I started online with nothing and had to work and get everything.

No Adder sales...I like all my cars and will keep every single one.

 

If grinding means playing the game...yup. Random jobs, I farmed Coveted for about a hundred grand (45 minutes) and last night the Trucks started spawning...and myself and two other people split $800,000 before the session glitched and lagged us out.

Almost at 1 million after being audited to 550k. Luckily 90% of my cars have all the upgrades so I only need to worry about ammo. Survivals, sell cars, simeon HPV, Missions and still getting there. Friend who I have been helping and giving cars to sell was not affected at all. Funny how that works out, I had billions, filled his garage with cars to sell, then when the wipe happens he has more money than i do. Soon that will change because hes gonna want to supe his cars up sooner or a later...
