Unarmed forced matches suck

I'm sick of playing Prison Thugz Fight and other forced unarmed matches in GTA.

 

If you want to play a fighting game, go play Tekken or Street Fighter. Not only does the unarmed fighting in GTA suck ass, because it's too laggy and there is only like 3 attack animations.... it's also boring as f*ck.

 

People seem to think that forced matches are more fair for some reason. They aren't.

 

Look at my sig. I speak from experience. Almost all of my K/D comes from deathmatches. Forced DMs actually favor veteran players. Not only do they know the stages better, they know where all the best pick-ups are AND they can use lesser weapons like the pistol much better than noobs.

 

Forced unarmed is all about outnumbering your opponent. If you gang up on them they really don't have a chance.

 

Might sound like I'm bitching....well... I am. Forced unarmed in this game is terrible. Please go play a fighting game and quit wasting everyone's time.

 

Unarmed matches are completely terrible in this game and are not what the game developers had in mind for deathmatches. Otherwise, there would've been a forced unarmed Rock* created deathmatch.

This game has the worst hit detection for melee. Seriously, my friend who lives 15 minuets away from me like playing melee with me and I always dodge his baseball and he hits me with it, I fall down, he hits me again and I die. Or I punch him, and kick him while he dodges. Worst melee ever.

In fact, I usually have over a 2 k/d by then end of those deathmatches if I don't FALL ASLEEP and actually finish one.

 

I said that fored unarmed deathmatches suck because of GAME MECHANICS. READ MY POST.

 

I could just as easily say you must suck at ranged combat in this game.

Look at my kills. I don't grief people in a tank. All I do is play DM now.

 

I merely said I thought unarmed sucked in this game and you questioned my skill at unarmed/melee combat. This is an argument you are not going to win with logic.

 

If you think I suck, like I said, I have given you my gamertag and all available data to prove you wrong. You, on the other hand, have not given anyone ANY evidence to the contrary.

Yeah, I tried making melee weapon only deathmatches because they would be fun. Come to find out my friend that absolutely sucks ass at this game won in a 1v1 against me because 99% of the time my baseball bat would go through his body and not even scratch him.

 

Whatever happened to the satisfying klank of hitting someone on the head with a hammer like in Vice City? The fighting is better than IV but less fun than in III, VC, and SA by a long shot.
