Kind of hard to explain. Since car mods are expensive, and when most of us had billions of dollars we could easily test out what color combos and mods we wanted on our cars. It would be nice if we could just put all of our modifications on first, see if we like them, and then purchase all together. Because mostly you spend like 19k on mods and then you decide you don't like it, and then that money is wasted. Just an idea.

They should have a virtual track that you can test the car on, and if you like the mod it you buy it, if not you can cancel the purchase. And a 'different lighting' option so you can see how the paint would look under different lighting conditions.

Go to sp to test mods/colors. If you played the stock market right you should have 2bil on each character.

Kind of like NFS Most Wanted.

That would work well for lower ranks to experiment with cars they're looking to keep. Though there would probably be an exploit around this idea,to buy upgrades with out having to pay. Would be the most predicted turnout.
