Weird Glitch?

Ok, ill try to explain this simply. I started up GTA 5 and clicked X so it would load the multiplayer instead of story mode. Waited for at least 6 or 7 minutes and it didnt load. The loading circle in the bottom right hand corner was spinning but my image didnt change one time after it got to the girl in the bikini. So I used the PS3 XMB I think its called, basically hit the middle button and went to quit game so I could relaunch it from the dashboard. I loaded single player this time so I could try the invite only session. SP loaded like normal but when I started the game in Michael's house my HUD was all dark blue as if I were out in the middle of the ocean, I couldn't pull any weapons out, pause the game (map wouldnt load, nothing on the pause menu did, just a little spinning loading circle) or enter a vehicle either. Hell, finally I got in by pressing Triangle like 30 times, and before I can even pull out of the driveway the audio gets choppy and the game freezes on spot. (Sorry Mod if this is the wrong spot for this thread it was mixed between SP and MP glitch so I didnt know the correct spot. I figured No need for 2 threads either.)

If that happened to me on the xbox I'd clear my cache. Not sure how or if you can do it on PS3.

I've not heard of this, but never click X to go online when it's loading up the game, it takes forever, may aswell just wait for SP To start and then start your online sesh

Sounds like your ps3 is toast.
