Ai®a©ob®a Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 I binged watched this series while on a flight from U.S to the UK i was excited to start this season and now i'm sad that i have to wait a full year for the next season and if the ending of season 4 is any indication season 5 is gonna be awesome. Although it was a good season i was slightly disappointed on some of the episodes weren't that great but i'm glad they finally told us the reason behind my favorite character on the show Suzanne, Poor girl just wanted a friend i have to agree i liked how they wrote Caputo in this season but i didn't care for his opposite, I just didn't feel like they meshed but hey Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Can't believe how human and real some of these people seem... So many twist and turns that were executed to perfection. I was impressed. I won't spoil it for the ones that didn't watch all of the episodes. In terms of new faces, Bull star Rebecca Knox has joined as new inmate Tina Swope described as a "tough little thing" by the star. I started to watch it last night but ended up falling asleep during the second episode but so far it looks like this will be a good season. I know what feels off, the gut wrenching ending for Blanca, Taystee and the Sisters and how there was a happy ending for Piper, which is ironic given that Taystee explains that people hate her because she had everything, she had education, rights, money, food, and now got out of prison earlier than anyone. It's gonna be hell once people learn that Blanca got sent to an immigration office, not freedom, while piper got off free. It's gonna bring in race issues with white privilege, and how blanca got the low treatment because she's mexican. Although it can't be 100% biased, the show loves to dabble in these issues, especially in this and the previous seasons, given the recent political uprising in race, gender, sexuality, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm on Episode 9 that I plan to watch at least one or two before bed Can anyone lift my spirits and tell me the show gets better content wise as the episodes progress?
