Pexlr 84
Many people probably didn't know about this so I thought I'd share this very easy tutorial. I noticed that you cannot buy these masks which is very disappointing because they'd be very awesome in online but in the meantime I discovered a trick to wear them without wearing the stealth outfit (Like wearing the police outfit without the helmet trick) Basically you need to complete the main story first, obviously. This won't work on most types of clothes except suits (which looks badass) 1.Pick Michael or Trevor 2.In your wardrobe under outfits pick "Stealth" 3.Then go to "Suits" and go to "Suit Jackets" and pick a jacket (Jacket, not a coat or the mask disappears) 4.Find some matching pants under "Suit Pants" 5.Boom, you now look alot better than before
Bonnano 512
Now if only this exploit worked with gloves too. Thanks though.
Rock Howard 141
Balaclavas really need to be added to the mask shop for both GTA V and Online. Those that are in MP3 would be awesome like the t-shirt balaclavas, ski masks and other variants. Hopefully this gets released as future DLC.

Just another example of a blatant missed opportunity from Rockstar in this game.

Pexlr 84
Maybe both... They better release these when heists come out.
Rock Howard 141
Maybe both... They better release these when heists come out. I'd say this is highly likely.
Pastry 4,450
Sweet trick! Now I can make that outfit for Michael from the screenshot where he had a cream suit and that mask.
StJimmy 962
Sweet trick! Now I can make that outfit for Michael from the screenshot where he had a cream suit and that mask. Speaking of which, which heist is that??? The screen was released only a couple months before V's release, I mean that's way to late to cut a mission like that out. OP: Thanks for posting bro, that is a major help now if only we can do it with other clothes, or gloves. In case anyone is wondering its this one
Pexlr 84
Update: This also works with Michael's Scuba Gear, follow the same method and you can get yourself a pretty badass looking gas mask
Biggie Kaniff 1,257
I got a tip if you want something like this in online. I tried it yesterday after I saw a friend wearing it, he fooled me and first when I looked real close I saw that he wore the black skull mask, and not this mask from singeplayer. Try it out, it's the closest you can come in Online at the moment. Black skull mask, not the same as the ski mask but it can fool someone!
xenorama 334
Good topic. Trevor's baklava works the best. Also, FYI with Trevor, if you pick "Dock Worker," the knit cap and glasses stick around through most other outfits right away. You don't even need to put on a suit jacket. I don't know if the knit hat is an item you can buy, I've never seen it and don't have one in my hats section. -xeno
xenorama 334
Two (hopefully) new outfit modifications, I only did these with Michael but they might reflect things that can be done on the others. If you pick Michael's scuba land suit, and then go to glasses, you will see that picking "no glasses" removes the mask, leaving him with just the scuba suit including the rubber part covering his head. Also, if you choose Michael's stealth outfit, and then go to the masks section, you can remove the baclava by choosing "no mask." -xeno

THE_TREVALEV 535
Update: This also works with Michael's Scuba Gear, follow the same method and you can get yourself a pretty badass looking gas mask Can you breathe underwater with this?
SouthLand 1,850
It dosen't work.
xenorama 334
It dosen't work. Then you must not have bought the right kind of suit jackets. I only works with some of them, so if the only ones you have are ones that it doesn't work with, it won't show. You could always purchase more of them.
autotheftgrand 188
The stealth outfit and the uptown ryders clothes work together. You can wear the balaclava with any of the outfits, examples; Pick stealth outfit, pick slate jeans, then pick chocolate boots and you will still be wearing the gloves and balaclava. Experiment with different outfits.
