In Niko's first safehouse in Hove Beach, there is picture of topless Roman and Malorie.

So that's what he meant by, "Four big titties to be playing with!".

OOH! Judge Dredd! Are you in Palm trees?

Incorrectly naming that Tower is a Crime. The Sentence, is Death!

It was Peach Trees wasn't it?

I'm sorry Judge.

If you press the crouch button, instead of crouching Niko will look like he wants to take a dump. :D

That's not a problem for me. I replaced Niko's Crouching Animation with Johnny's/Luis's Crouch Animation.

You can shoot out a car's suspension axles and lower its centre of gravity, reducing the "boatlike" handling of certain cars. Dunno if V did this.

We call it "slamming" the car's suspension, it can be done in V.

The problem with this is that it damages the car a lot, in V you can increase the car's health(armor upgrades) to prevent this, to a certain extent.

Each car has a different spot to shoot in order to prevent damage.

When Niko is angry about something (such as failing a mission, or getting a negative text or call) he slams car doors shut and barges through normal doors with a mean look on his face.

The Willard Willard spawns in the streets of Hove Beach, Outlook and Firefly Projects in the Complete Edition of IV, albeit it is still quite rare, I spotted a beige and saved at the parking spot, I dunno why but I like that car.

For some reason, Gracie's pink Feltzer (if obtained) will disappear forever if it was kept in the Alderney Safehouse parking spot for a long period.

This doesn't seem to happen with any other car, including Gracie's white Cognoscentie.

I like it too! :) I've also seen in spawn in Alderney around Tudor.

On the streets of Liberty, you tend to find people trying to fix broken-down cars at the side of the road, sometimes kicking them in frustration. Even the cops aren't immune to this, to my surprise (first time stumbling across a broken-down Police Car, in other words)...

I just took Brucie to Split Sides and I swear the routine by Katt Williams is something I've never seen before. It's the one where "Everyday I'm hustling" keeps being played.

These are coded in multiplayer too. It may come as a surprise to some players in no-cop lobbies when they stumble across an officer outside the station repairing a cruiser engine.

Attacking them does not give you a wanted level, however the officer will defend himself! :miranda:

Cheers!

I think that also happens after leaving hospital (after getting wasted) or the police station (after getting busted).

Niko/Johnny/Luis will respond to certain events (running over a pedestrian or getting involved in a traffic accident etc.) with a lot more anger than they usually would. They calm down after a few in-game minutes, though...

I spent a hour one time driving around Hove Beach looking for it ,I finally gave up went on to the next mission and as I was doing the mission what drives by me ,you guessed it.

Yep, mine spawn after completing the Clean Getaway mission, right after storing the Blista I walked to the street in front of Perestoikaand went down to the street under the train tracks, it was right there.

During Pathos' second encounter you can be shooting the two armed thugs in front of a cop and you'll NEVER get a wanted level.

You can play pool in PBX's apartment. Yes I only just figured this now through, "SonOfLiberty". I cannot believe after all these years and me being massive fan to this game missed this.

That however, I do know about ;)

Rumour has it that it is also the location of the Brief Case, and the Pinnacle. ;)

The Willard is so freaking rare because Cockstar added the cargroup "Boring Saloons". It makes cars like it rarer. Even the Cognoscenti was meant to be more common than it is now.

That's the only group it's in, oddly enough. You can only get it spawning in traffic by stealing the one parked at Pegorino's or editing the cargrp.

The only vehicle in my "Boring Saloons" group is the Sultan RS.

It's (The Willard Willard) even rarer in TBOGT. Stumbled across one in TBOGT for the first time last night in Beechwood City while messing about in a Annihilator (I.E tossing cars off Carson St (near that area's Burger Shot) and onto the Algonquin - Dukes Expressway below with the chopper's blades. Don't ask me why I like doing it. I just like doing it lol).

Landed the heli, nabbed it, drove around and waited for another Willard to spawn with my preferred color scheme (dark-red), nabbed it and parked it at Luis's apartment in North Holland (replacing the similarly colored Vigero that previously occupied the space). It shares the parking space with a midnight/dark-blue Infernus, making for a unlikely pairing.

I have weird tastes in cars, I know lol

Willard's are pretty cool if you ask me. Believe me, I'd rather have the Willard over the Asterope in V, but I should stay on topic...is there a real class called "Boring Sedans"?

When you take the J3 train before unlocking Algonquin and Alderney you arrive to a last station (Huntington Station - Cerveza Heights), it should ask you to press triangle to get out the train, i bet with another lines it works the same. I wait a lot and nothing happened, BUT a train come from the another direction (which in theory its locked because the train should come from algonquin). Ill wait a bit more, and then ill take the train i said before.

EDIT: I press triangle and the train went to algonquin without me :( , now ill take the other train (A8 line).

EDIT 2: The A8 train stops in Hove Beach.

PD: Sorry for my english.

Pedestrians can whistle and call for taxis. Out of the 7 years that I've played this game, I hadn't had this happen until yesterday
